HAGIWARA, TOWN OF ANCIENT HISTORY

Hida Hagiwara has flourished as a center of southern Hida. Zenshoji Temple, the oldest Zen temple in Hida, and Omitsu Inari Shrine are located here. Visitors can enjoy the surrounding natural environment staying in the Kuraiyama Nature House. Hagiwara is also a popular place for families.
